La habitacion era grande y estaba limpia

Que el wifi no funcionaba solamente en ma recepcion, la puerta de la habitacion no abria bien, todo estaba un poco sucio y descuidado y el agua de la bañera no llegaba a salir caliente solo un poco templada, deberian bajar el precio

Personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta. No había agua caliente pero nos hicieron una rebaja por la molestia

El edificio es lindo en su Arquitectura. La ubicación es excelente.

Es un poco húmeda. El edificio es Antiguo y hermoso. Pero necesita que le inviertan en el arreglo de las humedades y pintura del edificio. Las alfombras deben cambiarlas.

Las humedades y alfombras hay que cambiarlas. No hay energía en las habitaciones. No pudimos cargar los móviles ni ver televisión

Para una noche, aceptable.

El hotel es céntrico. El personal es muy amable. Habitación bien de tamaño y baño amplio.

Está bastante anticuado, necesita un lavado de cara. La cisterna del váter estaba rota y no salía agua caliente. Se oía mucho ruido y la cama no era muy cómoda, sonaba bastante. Para pasar una noche bien, pero ya está porque no es barato para lo que es.

A crazy rude receptionist and filthy hotel. The price and location where really good.

There is a women at the hotel who is extremely rude. She laughed with excitement when she said that she does not speak English. Told my friend that our room does not exist when she was looking for us. She has no clue what she is doing or how to greet guests. She is a crazy women.

I only stayed for one night at this hotel. It was not the worst experience but it wasn't great.

It was well located. Central and close to many attractions.

The facilities were very outdated and in need of some maintenance. There was no working restaurant, the sound insulation was terrible as it was possible to hear everything from the adjacent rooms. The floor was super old carpet and it wasn't as clean as expected. The bathtub was super slippery.

Amazing location, in the very historical center of Salamaca. In desperate need of renovation.

We loved the location, in the very historical center of Salamaca, walking distance to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Public parking was available right next to the hotel. We booked a triple room. We got two bedrooms, which was a lovely surprise. Big bathroom. The person in the reception was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. Carpets and curtains were stained, and seriously worn out. The wardrobes and drawers were literally falling apart. There weren´t enough electrical sockets (we had to buy an extension). Terrible mattresses. AC did not work. No card payments accepted. Take cash!

Cheap rate so did not expect a lot. Get what you pay for. But beds were uncomfortable, swayed in. Shower curtain in shower was poor quality & let water get everywhere.

The location is excellent and a very friendly concierge. The looks of the hotel, façade, hall, etc it really looks from a different golden age of the the city tourism.

An hotel that is past it's prime. You can feel that it was probably once a reference in the city and it still has some bits of its former glory. However the years grow heavy and it shows. Old carpets with stains, renovations in the bathroom "just to make it work", uncomfortable beds, rooms are poorly isolated, etc

Worst experience EVER

Nothing. Just because it is economic

During our stay in the first and only night we already encountered 2 problems. 1. In our room we only have 2 plugs located behind the TV stand. We asked the receptionist if we can change to another room, she said all rooms have the same distribution because this is an old building, none refurbishment or renovation was done. But we accepted, we can tolerate 2 nights with this. 2. Not functioning heating. It was 11ºC or even lower that night, I was woken up by the cold in the middle of the night to take the blanket out. However, the bottom line was, in the morning we found out that there was no hot water, while I was in the bathroom with my cloth off, waiting for 9 minutes, and finally I had to take a shower in cold water. Right after that we went to the reception, and we were told, among other guests coming to complain the same problem, that there´s a failure in the heating system that can´t be fixed in 1-2 days, so we can choose to cancel the other night to stay in other hotel or to stay here with discount. After negotiation (1 hour call at least with booking), they offered us, first night 20% discount and 2nd night free cancel with full refund. The reason why im not satisfied with the result are the following: 1. It was not our intention at the first place to choose in another hotel after the first night, the source of the problem comes from the hotel, I offered them that if they can accept 50% off of the whole stay, I can stay for the second night, but they refused. 2. It was because their fault that I had to find another hotel in the same day, which means higher price and I suffer lost. 3. The most unbearable thing is, the result is not what we agreed, the amount should be returned is 63*0.2+63=75.6€, while only 63€ was refunded, they just simply canceled the second night, which shows no respect to the conversation, negotiation we had. 4. My time worth much more than this 12.

Malheureusement l’hôtel est abandonné il a beaucoup de potentiel s’il n’était pas a abondant. 0 hygiène que ca soit la chambre et la salle de bain. Bien dommage.
